Since the last post (last year) many things have happened with THE BUSH LEAGUE! The trip to Memphis, TN for the 2015 International Blues Challenge was a success; we did not make it out of the quarter-final round but this was the first time the new members were able to showcase in an environment of their peers in an awesome setting and taking part in the legendary camaraderie of this Blues music world! THE BUSH LEAGUE would like to give a huge “Thank YOU!!!” to Piedmont Blues Preservation Society and everyone that had a hand in helping make that trip happen!

On the last day of this past February there was a crazy night of audience attended recording at Sound of Music Recording Studios, 8 songs of which are now on the soon to be released album “Didn’t See This Coming”! At the time it was the highest attended event that the studio hosted! It would not have been able to happen without about of running around and worry at the last second but it was pulled off and the result is amazing (you’ll agree when you read this again after it is released on May 5, 2015!)!!!
